I am trying to download music onto my Versa 2, which needs to be completed on a computer using the Fitbit Desktop app. Unfortunately, when I download the app through Microsoft Store the app does not recognize or have listed the Versa 2 as an option to add device.
Even though logged into my account using my username and password the app does not have or recognize the Versa 2 as my device. I have already added the device to my mobile app and all is working well there. When I log onto to Fitbit via the internet it is recognized there but not on the Fitbit Desktop app.
